Committed to diversity and in response to public duties on race, gender and disability, we're pleased to publish the Pensions Regulator's single equality scheme.

We worked together with consultants Schneider Ross to develop the scheme. It sets out our objectives and priorities for all aspects of equality and diversity - both in the workplace and in our external work with customers and other stakeholders.

Building on the work we've already carried out and the achievements we've made, the main aim of the scheme is to maintain a culture that is fair and inclusive, with respect for all, regardless of their race, gender, disability, faith, age and sexual orientation.
